Together with our partners Protocolbureau we delivered a five-day course in Diplomatic Ethics and Protocol. We trained participants in topics such as: how to correctly advise on sensitive matters, write protocol briefings for ministers, design seating arrangements, determine greeting procedures, and advise on speech protocol.

In partnership with Competence HR, over six weeks we delivered an intensive training in international protocol and etiquette for the Institute of Capability Development, Diwan of the Royal Court in Oman.

Ahead of a trip to China and Hong Kong, the hospital asked The English Manner to deliver a training in cross-cultural awareness to the delegates who were scheduled to travel.  Topics included: greetings, patois, taboos, gifting and communication styles.

The English Manner was asked to provide feedback and service modifications for a leading London hotel who were relaunching its afternoon tea service.  After these were given and adopted, we provided several two-hour training sessions for staff.

The restaurants wanted to introduce the service of a traditional Japanese drink at certain points during the evening service.  Our team produced a guide on serving, presenting and consuming the alcoholic drink correctly.
