TESTIMONIALS

As a Canadian, I had a few options when deciding where to go for a Train The Trainer course. One look at the tutors for this course and the roster of clients, and the decision was crystal clear: The English Manner. From the moment I met William, it was etiquette-love-at-first-sight: from the way he presents himself to the respect he shows for his students, the learning and the subject, there is no doubt that you are in the very best hands.  As a tutor, he exudes passion and confidence, purpose and charisma and an honest calling to share these qualities with those around him.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our in-person tuition is designed to be an intimate group course training to ensure each student receives intensive hands-on training.  The maximum amount of people in one course is limited to 16 people.

No. While we do strive to offer discounted rates at partnering hotels where available, students are responsible for their own room and board, which is an additional investment to the tuition. Refreshments such as coffee, tea and pastries are provided during select course hours as well as one lunch and one afternoon tea held during the course. Additionally, any transportation to and from the course venue each day is not included.

There content delivered is the same, except for the method of delivering the training.  For the in-person training, candidates enjoy seven full consecutive days of training from Myka and William. The training manual(s) are then given on day seven for students  to take away and use for revision for the online exam, which is emailed one month later.

The online programme is delivered over a longer period of time, using the online classroom and live webinars. It is ideal for those who wish to take a little longer with their studies.

No.  While we would be delighted to accommodate all candidates, unfortunately due to spacial restrictions and to ensure an exceptional hands-on experience for all students, we can not guarantee a seat for all applicants.  Applications are reviewed on a case by case basis and you will be given notice by September 2022 at the latest if you have been a successful candidate.  If your application is not accepted, your application fee will be returned to you in full.  You may be offered a waitlisted spot, and will be notified if a seat in the programme opens.  Places are only confirmed once 50% of the course fee has been received.

The programme will run for seven full days. The course training will start promptly at 10am until 5pm each day, with designated breaks each day. Students must commit to attend all seven days of training in order to receive a graduate certificate. Trainings will be held face to face and consist of interactive hands-on instruction in a classroom setting led by your tutors.  Recording or photography during the course is strictly prohibited unless given permission by your tutor.

We are able to write a letter on our company writing paper to the relevant authority stating that the candidate will be studying with us between the advertised dates, in the advertised location. We are only able to issue these once a deposit has been paid.

Our course partners in New York, Beaumont Etiquette, are handling payments for this programme and so the billing is therefore done in US Dollars.

VENUE

For candidates who enrol in the London programme, we are pleased to be hosted by The Berkeley, nestled in the heart of fashionable Knightsbridge.  Venues for New York and Singapore will be announced in 2023 and 2024 respectively.
